Context
As part of the Alliance Santé IA project, a landmark initiative at the intersection of healthcare, data, and artificial intelligence, ADLIN Science is looking for a Project Director to lead its operational and strategic execution. This flagship program brings together an university hospitals (CHU), public institutions, industrial partners, and technology providers with a shared objective: accelerating the exploitation of health data through AI for the benefit of patients and research.
Alliance Santé IA program description
Alliance Santé IA is the first large‑scale sovereign hospital Gen AI program in Europe, co‑led by the Montpellier University Hospital and ADLIN Science, with support from France 2030 and Bpifrance. Its ambition is to turn hospital biomedical data into high‑quality, actionable data to improve care and accelerate research.
The initiative brings together leading partners (CINES, Inria, ANA Healthcare, Numalis, and Scaleway) to build a secure, sovereign data infrastructure and deploy AI tools validated in real hospital conditions. It tackles a central barrier to AI adoption in healthcare: heterogeneous, poorly structured data that is difficult to exploit reliably.
By structuring this data, the program enables faster medical and preventive‑medicine research, supports real‑world evaluation of AI tools, improves patient pathway safety, and reduces the administrative load on care teams.
Designed from the outset as a replicable model, Alliance Santé IA will first be implemented at Montpellier University Hospital before being extended to other hospitals.

Main Responsibilities
Drive the overall project roadmap across multiple dimensions:
Technical: Deployment of ADLIN, integration within the CHU infrastructure, and connection with partners’ environments.
Medical & Scientific: Support medical teams in deploying AI use cases.
Partner Integration: Coordinate with the members of the consortium, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
Regulatory: Ensure compliance with EHDS regulations and French health data exploitation frameworks.
Manage a complex ecosystem of stakeholders:
Shape and evolve the Alliance blueprint: Define a robust technical, data, and partnership vision. Contribute to the progressive integration of new Alliance members and support national replicability efforts.
Coordinate ADLIN’s dedicated teams: Lead a full-time PMO resource and liaise with functional teams (DevOps, Product Owner, Quality). Serve as the bridge between strategic vision and operational delivery.
Contribute to business development: Participate in replicability initiatives with other CHUs and healthcare institutions.
