ADLIN is an innovative company dedicated to unlocking the value of multi‑modal data. As specialists in multi‑omics, we help accelerate scientific and medical research.

We provide secure, collaborative, and compliant digital solutions to structure, explore, and analyze biological data.

Our no‑code tools and analytical applications promote interoperability, traceability, and data sovereignty for researchers and industry partners.

Joining ADLIN means contributing to an ambitious scientific and technological project, built on rigor, innovation, and meaningful societal impact.

🎯 Context & Objectives

ADLIN Science designs secure environments enabling healthcare institutions and researchers to collaborate around sensitive data (omics, clinical, biomedical), in strict compliance with GDPR, CNIL, ISO 27001, and HDS frameworks.

You will join a multidisciplinary team (backend/frontend developers, bioinformaticians, DevOps, product) within a fast‑growing startup where everything is being built, automated, and matured.

Our philosophy: security, kindness, and technical excellence — all in service of meaningful impact in medical research.

🧠 Main Responsibilities

You will contribute to the design, automation, deployment, and reliability of our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines within an agile, collaborative environment.

1. Automation & CI/CD

  • Design and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines (build → lint → test → scan → deploy).

  • Integrate application security tools: Trivy, Grype, OWASP ZAP, Gitleaks.

  • Ensure traceability and reproducibility of deployments on Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.

2. Infrastructure & Containerization

  • Deploy, manage, and evolve on‑premise infrastructures.

  • Work with Kubernetes clusters (Helm, Ingress, Secrets, Namespaces).

  • Ensure environment segregation (dev / staging / production) and network supervision.

3. Security & Compliance

  • Implement ISO 27001 / GDPR security measures: IAM, encryption, logging, disaster recovery (PRA).

  • Manage integration with Keycloak / LDAP / Active Directory, OIDC/MFA SSO.

  • Ensure CI/CD security: secret management, BYOK, TLS 1.3+, bastion SSH.

  • Participate in security audits and tests (vulnerability scans, pentests, compliance checks).

4. Monitoring & Observability

  • Implement technical monitoring (Grafana, ELK / Graylog, Prometheus).

  • Centralize logs and define performance & alerting indicators.

  • Automate incident detection and post‑mortem analysis.

5. Collaboration & Agility

  • Work in agile methodology: sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product, and bioinformatics teams.

  • Document work and architecture in Confluence / Notion (HLD, LLD, DAT, CI/CD).

  • Actively contribute to DevSecOps culture: knowledge‑sharing, pedagogy, continuous improvement.
